Privacy Policy
Last updated:
EcoVibe takes your privacy seriously. This notice explains what personal data we process, why, and what your rights are under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who we are
EcoVibe, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 95066675, Netherlands. We are the controller for the personal data described here. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect and why
When you contact us
The contact form on this website does not send anything to a server. It opens your own email program with a pre-filled message. When you send that email (or email us directly), we receive your name, email address and whatever you write. We use this only to answer your question, prepare a proposal and, if you become a client, to carry out the agreement. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry. If you become a client, we keep business records for the 7 years required by Dutch tax law.
Your language choice
When you pick a language, the website remembers that choice in your browser's local storage. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.
No cookies, analytics or tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
Services the website uses
- Hosting: the site is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.) and delivered through Cloudflare, Inc. To deliver pages and protect against abuse, these providers process technical data such as your IP address and browser type in their server logs.
- Fonts: fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (Google LLC), which means your browser sends your IP address to Google when the page loads.
These providers are based in the United States. Transfers take place under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Sharing your data
We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties, except with the service providers above or when the law requires it.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To use these rights, email [email protected]. We respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Changes
We may update this notice when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
